The undersigned, by filling out this form or handing in his business card, gives his identification details and demonstrates interest in the commercial products of dott.gallina Srl. Therefore, he may be contacted for commercial and promotional purposes directly related to the company's business by dott.gallina Srl and by dealers and/or commercial agents appointed by the company through a regular agency contract*. Furthermore, the undersigned declares to have received complete information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016, and expresses its consent to the processing of its data classified as personal by the aforementioned Regulation by dott.gallina srl within the limits and for the purposes specified in the information below.

The company dott.gallina Srl will treat your personal data with the utmost care for their protection and security. We will not communicate your data to third-party companies (excluding the company distribution network* formalized by a regular contract) and we will not process them except for a limited time of 2 years following the last contact for the development of commercial purposes. You will have the possibility at any time to revoke your consent, limit the processing of your data, access or rectify or cancel them, by contacting the corporate marketing office or the promotional/commercial representative contact person.
